The Orders of Lavendell

The Orders are the working companies of Lavendell. Each gathers a handful of trades under one banner: gathering, refining, and supplying the goods the township needs to stand, grow, and prosper.

No craft stands alone. What one Order cannot make, another will, and so the wheel keeps turning. Our strength is not in any single hand, but in every hand pulling the same oar.

A citizen may knock at any Order's door, though only one at a time may claim them. Change Orders when your calling changes. None shall hold it against you.

Order Structure

Grandmaster
Master of the Order. Keeps the ledger, calls the great works, and speaks for their Order in the town council.
Master
Named by the Grandmaster
Seasoned hands of a given trade. They teach the apprentices, mind the bench, and pass their craft along.
Tradesperson
Level 20+
Proven crafters who can be counted on to fill the storerooms and keep the work moving.
Apprentice
Below Level 20
New to the bench. Here to learn the trade, lend a hand, and raise their skill.
